Thank you for your interest in The Daybook Collection. Each print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Times: All prints are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production prior to shipment. Limited editions and specialty prints may require additional preparation time.
Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS and will include tracking information once dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
Packaging & Handling: Prints are securely packaged using protective materials appropriate to their size and format. Framed works are boxed with reinforced protection to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is pre-calculated, by travel time. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact Another Beautiful Day at The Landings within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Refunds.
Thank you for your support of The Daybook Collection, by Another Beautiful Day at The Landings. Each photograph is produced with care and made to order, reflecting the archival and fine-art nature of the work.
All Sales Final: Due to the custom, made-to-order production of fine-art prints, all sales are considered final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind, sizing preferences, or ordering errors once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please see the associated shipping policy.
Lost Shipments: If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement print will be issued once carrier verification is complete.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Color & Display Variations: Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and print processes. These differences are considered normal and are not grounds for refund.
